| 1 | All members of the Morigaon College shall be allowed to admission in the library. |
| 2 | Membership of the Library is open to newly enrolled students. |
| 3 | Write the name and other details in the Visitor's Register. |
| 4 | Show the RFID enabled Library card in front of Library Attendant. |
| 5 | Deposit all personal belongings at the entrance in the Property Counter. |
